Securing
- Load requirements verified prior to dispatch (pallet jack, e-track, straps, side doors, and more)
- Driver, unit, and carrier details included in order confirmation
- Additional insurance and equipment photos available upon request

Closeout
- Detention, layover, and lumper claims backed by ELD data for accuracy and transparency
- All charges audited against the original quote and submitted for customer approval
